The industrial park is located within the new section of the Teya-Mérida highway in the Oncán municipality of Mérida, Yucatán, which began its construction in October 2022 due to the Mayan train, which will be of high tourist demand and will provide services to more than three thousand users a day. Approximately 1,525 km of railways will be built that will cross the states of Tabasco, Chiapas, Campeche, Yucatán and Quintana Roo, benefiting development in the region and the quality of life of the inhabitants.

The streets are wooded, since on the axis or limit of each piece of land with the next, large leafy trees will be planted. Likewise, the parks will have landscaped areas and wooded areas with local species.
