COMPREHENSIVE PRIVACY NOTICE

This notice is presented in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (hereinafter referred to as "the Law").

LIC. BLANCA GEORGINA VELÁZQUEZ V hereby informs the DATA SUBJECTS that any Personal Data processed will be handled in a STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL manner, limiting its use to the purposes described in this Privacy Notice. Furthermore, the databases of LIC. BLANCA GEORGINA VELÁZQUEZ V containing the Personal Data of Clients will only be operated by authorized personnel of LIC. BLANCA GEORGINA VELÁZQUEZ V, whose duties are regulated by the internal policies of the company. Likewise, LIC. BLANCA GEORGINA VELÁZQUEZ V states that she has implemented security policies, procedures, and measures to protect the Personal Data of Clients and Suppliers against any damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access, or processing. Consequently, its unlawful disclosure is strictly prohibited, and its use by third parties is restricted in accordance with the provisions of this document.

Furthermore, we adhere to Convention 108 of the European Union Personal Data Protection regulations, complying with the fundamental principles of said regulation in a lawful and transparent manner: specific purposes, collecting and processing only the personal data necessary to fulfill that purpose, compatibility, not retaining data longer than necessary, and implementing technical and organizational guarantees to ensure the security of personal data. (All of this is managed within the legal, administrative, and procedural safeguards established for enhanced security and handling of personal data within the company).



1. IDENTITY AND DOMICILIARY ADDRESS OF THE CONTROLLER

Lic. Blanca Georgina Velázquez V. (hereinafter referred to as “GV REAL PROPERTY SERVICES”), with a domiciliary address to receive notifications at: Calle 49 D #301, Fraccionamiento Villas del Conkal, C.P. 97345, Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico, is responsible for the use and protection of the personal data it processes, and in this regard, informs you of the following:



2. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Your personal data may be processed for the following primary purposes:

  • A. Clients: Quoting, selling, renting, and real estate brokerage services.
  • B. Suppliers: Quoting, acquiring, and receiving goods and services.

The personal data in the possession of GV REAL PROPERTY SERVICES will not be processed for secondary or accessory purposes. If required by any third party or authority, it must be requested through a formal mandate issued by a competent authority.



3. MECHANISMS TO REFUSE SECONDARY OR ACCESSORY PURPOSES

We reiterate that there are no mechanisms to refuse secondary or accessory purposes, as GV REAL PROPERTY SERVICES does not engage in such processing of personal data.



4. PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

For the aforementioned purposes, we may collect your personal data via: writing, telephone, email, job applications, and publicly accessible sources.

The personal data collected for primary purposes are mandatory and include:

  • For Clients: Name, address, telephone number, mobile number, email, CURP, INE (FOLIO), birth certificate, marriage certificate (civil status), social security number, property deeds, property tax receipts (predial), occupation, method of payment, and bank account number.
  • Optional data collected for secondary purposes with the tacit consent of the clients: Name, telephone number, signature, and email.
  • Billing Data: Corporate/business name, tax address (street, exterior number, interior number, neighborhood/colonia, postal code, locality), City (city, municipality, state, country), RFC, email, and tax status certificate (constancia de situación fiscal).
  • For Suppliers: (Individuals and corporations) with whom a commercial or professional relationship is maintained for primary purposes, the data collected is the bare minimum established by other laws of the Mexican State. Therefore, they will not be considered personal data under Article 5 of the Regulations of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.



5. HOW LONG WILL WE KEEP YOUR DATA?

Data processed for commercial purposes will remain active as long as the data subject does not revoke their consent or request its deletion, or until the contracted service has been fully concluded. In any case, data will be kept during the periods provided for by applicable legal provisions and for the time necessary to address possible liabilities arising from its processing.

When any document containing your personal data has fulfilled its purpose and procedures, and its destruction is required, it will be completely eliminated through established mechanisms to prevent any breach of the personal data collected at the time.



6. SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED

GV REAL PROPERTY SERVICES does not process sensitive personal data of its clients.



7. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

GV REAL PROPERTY SERVICES only transfers personal data in cases mandated by other laws of the Mexican State, as well as to process the services requested by the client—subject to prior written authorization from the client—and never for a purpose different from what was requested.



8. CLAUSE ACCEPTING OR DECLINING THE TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

GV REAL PROPERTY SERVICES does not have a clause to decline data transfers, as this processing is carried out solely in compliance with other laws of the Mexican State and for the execution of the contracted service.



9. MEANS AND PROCEDURES TO EXERCISE ARCO RIGHTS

To access, rectify, cancel, or oppose (ARCO Rights) the processing of your personal data, please present yourself at our domiciliary address with:

  • A written request (original and copy)
  • An official identification document (original and copy)

To revoke the consent granted for the processing of your personal data, please present yourself at our domiciliary address with:

11. OPTIONS AND MEANS TO LIMIT THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

GV REAL PROPERTY SERVICES does not engage in this type of data processing. However, we suggest registering with the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising (REPECO) managed by PROFECO. For more information, please consult PROFECO's official web portal.

GV REAL PROPERTY SERVICES informs you that our website gvproperty.mx uses cookies, web beacons, or similar technologies that collect personal data. This allows us to view statistics regarding the cities, states, or countries from which the site is accessed, browsing time on our site, as well as sections and pages consulted.
